These Terms govern your use of the Kopcenter mobile app, the website at kopcenter.com, and our partner dashboard (the "Services"), operated by Kopcenter in Venezuela. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
Kopcenter is a grocery shopping and delivery service. You select a partner supermarket in the app and build a cart. A Kopcenter personal shopper purchases those products on your behalf at the store and delivers them to the address you provide. Kopcenter acts as your agent for the purchase and as the delivery provider; the partner store remains the seller of the goods.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You may register with an email address and password or with Sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Give us accurate delivery and contact information — we cannot deliver an order to an address we cannot find.
Prices shown in the app come from our partner stores and may change; the amount charged reflects the products actually purchased. Products may be out of stock at the time of shopping. Where that happens, your personal shopper will propose a substitution or remove the item, and you will not be charged for items that were not purchased. Weighed items (produce, meat, cheese) may vary slightly from the requested quantity.
Placing an order is an offer that we accept when we begin shopping it. The total consists of the price of the products plus any service and delivery fees shown before you confirm. Payment is processed by our payment providers. Delivery times, including "under 60 minutes", are estimates and depend on store queues, traffic, and weather.
You may cancel an order at no cost before your personal shopper starts shopping it. After that, items already purchased may not be refundable. If an item arrives damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@kopcenter.com and we will refund or replace it.

Businesses selling through Kopcenter are additionally bound by their partner agreement. They are responsible for the accuracy of their catalogue, prices, and the quality and legality of their products.
The Kopcenter name, logo, app, and website are owned by Kopcenter. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used with permission.
The Services are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Kopcenter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; we will change the date above and notify you of material changes in the app or by email. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Estos Términos rigen el uso de la aplicación móvil de Kopcenter, el sitio kopcenter.com y nuestro panel de aliados (los "Servicios"), operados por Kopcenter en Venezuela. Al crear una cuenta o realizar un pedido, aceptas estos Términos.
Kopcenter es un servicio de compra y entrega de mercado. Eliges un supermercado aliado en la app y armas tu carrito; un personal shopper de Kopcenter compra esos productos en la tienda y te los entrega en la dirección que indiques. Kopcenter actúa como tu mandatario para la compra y como proveedor de la entrega; la tienda aliada sigue siendo la vendedora de los productos.
Debes ser mayor de 18 años. Puedes registrarte con correo y contraseña o con Iniciar sesión con Google. Eres responsable de mantener tus credenciales seguras y de la actividad de tu cuenta, y de suministrar datos de contacto y entrega correctos.
Los precios provienen de las tiendas aliadas y pueden cambiar; se cobra según los productos efectivamente comprados. Si un producto no está disponible, tu personal shopper propondrá una sustitución o lo retirará del pedido, y no se te cobrará. Los productos por peso pueden variar ligeramente respecto a la cantidad solicitada.
El total incluye el precio de los productos más las tarifas de servicio y entrega que se muestran antes de confirmar. Los tiempos de entrega, incluido "menos de 60 minutos", son estimados y dependen de las colas en tienda, el tráfico y el clima.
Puedes cancelar sin costo antes de que el personal shopper comience la compra. Si algo llega dañado, en mal estado, incorrecto o faltante, escríbenos dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la entrega a contact@kopcenter.com y lo reembolsaremos o repondremos.
No puedes usar los Servicios con fines ilícitos o fraudulentos, pedir productos de venta restringida para menores, maltratar a shoppers, repartidores o personal de las tiendas, ni interferir con los Servicios o extraer y revender nuestros datos de catálogo. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos.
El tratamiento de tus datos personales se describe en la Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estos Términos.
Los Servicios se prestan "tal cual". En la medida permitida por la ley, Kopcenter no responde por daños indirectos o consecuenciales. Podemos actualizar estos Términos y te avisaremos de cambios importantes. Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela.
